Lawyer here, a no parking sign is not the only indicator of places where you are restricted from parking. For example, you cannot park near bus stops, schools or hospitals. These restrictions are in the relevant regulations (which you would have studied for your learner's exam :)). Years of experience in driving or not getting challans is not an indicator that you are correct.

In the future, before getting outraged, I would recommend going through the applicable regulations to see if the officer was actually incorrect.

Keep in mind that some types of roads where parking is generally allowed, may also not be appropriate to park in based on heavy traffic, speed of traffic, etc.

PS: The car on the left is parked against the direction of traffic, which is also not allowed.

Not having a front fender or a very short front fender is aesthetically appealing. But not very practical. Water, dirt, etc will get flung on headlight, radiator. And on high speeds it may even deliver some to your helmet.

My GT has a mini front fender. It looks badass. But the radiator gets dirty. Mud and all gets inside the fins. Requires regular maintenance. Becomes unfit to ride on wet terrains or on a rainy day.
