    Firstly bro you can cure your OCD to certain extent just stop yourself whenever compulsion happens or you will go mad since world doesn't work around us.

    Second, everyone should have basic hygeine and should follow it. And if it's your house then its your rules, you need to communicate the terms of stay clearly & then it's their choice if they want to stay or not. I also have friends & have set clear terms of hygiene like not sharing spoons or plates or eating from same dish. And your friends are in general dirty, everyone needs to be clean.
