What is significant about Chennai?
Major reason is because of the employment, even before independence chennai during British period chennai ( MADRAS ) played a vital role in employment, so people from different district migrated here got settled in and around the city.
Over a period of time, native chennai people population reduced, or maybe the migrated people's population increased.
These migrated people always don't care about their neighbourhood on day-to-day life. Because this is not their hometown, these people are not their people, they dump garbage on the streets and sonon, i'm not complaining but it is happening.
So yeahh.. basically they don't care .. and the second thing.. when people live here for more that 10-15 years.. they do care about this city!!! They do care about the environment, actually they do, cos this is the place which gave them shelter food and a happy life. Chennai gave life to many artist, buisness people, and so on.
At the end of the day.. when you entered this city you become one of us.
You will guide the people with things you know, or atleast you'll google it for them,
Maybe most of them are educated and this might also be the reason behind all this..
Idk how to explain it .. but chennai is always the best city... Chennai never disappointed anyone!! -

Measured force through rubber hole
It's going to depend on the rubber surface coefficient of friction and its hardness (durometer). Any estimate will have a large margin of error because of the number of relevant variables. Better to do it empirically. -

He should clear NEET(get the minimum passing marks). The score doesn't matter as such if one is ready to pay for the seat(NRI quota, Deemed college seat).
