These lands have almost everything a human needs in life. so, hardly any migration happens, added the conservative nature of the people of these lands, which is almost never seen in any other indian ethnicities.


    but one sad thing is the new gen marathi people are giving up on marathi and adopting hindi more whereas kannadigas and tamils are hardcore language lovers.

    You can try Chembur. Masjid is reachable by harbour line train and will take 40 mins approx and Vikhroli is 20 mins by road.

    Chembur is also much quieter and you'll find alot of amenities close. It's also a very residential, family population suburb.

    Edit: you'll find 2bhks for 50-60K too depending on the location.
