The luggage carrier does look a bit out of place if the overall aesthetic is concerned.
If it's regular use then don't think about the lok, but if just for touring once in a while then just get it attached when required.

Well they’re basically taking the risk away from you knowing if people want it. So now you can take more of a gamble in your investment (time, infrastructure, marketing). And they might buy you out at some point.

I have had a similar incident.. but I flat out said I paid for this seat..they felt embarrassed to pursue it further..but they did make someone else move on the flight.

There are so many cafes that remains open until 1 am. You can visit cafes in vasna bhayli area. Containers park also remains open till 1am.
