Bro, I hope it's just some gastric pain. But do get it checked ASAP and get a sonography done too. Main bhi bahit sher bana tha ki itna pain to jhel sakte hain and then my appendix got burst. It was in November 22 and I am still having major issues post that surgery. Get it operated before it get ruptured. Wish you the best 👍
