Namma oorla there r always hidden costs for every service. We need to fix our mind bill+20/30/40 depending on where the bill is. From gas delivery to land/house registration nothing will move without paying the hidden charge. You can complaint all u want, what will happen if he gives u a used/faulty cylinder next time ? Complaint again? Ultimately we will loose our peace of mind and the problems wil never stop. Extra 20 rupees is for our own peace of mind.
