I feel that an important reason for cut throat competition and high unemployment rates in our country is due to a very flawed education policy in our country at the primary and middle school level. Every kid has their own type of intelligence (it's a spectrum) but most of them are overlooked by expecting only academic intelligence focussing on a few subjects (some of which have started to get irrelevant in the current scenario) from all of them. Ultimately, a majority of them aren't able to perform well in the above said areas since their actual intelligence is not recognised and thus they are deprived of better employment and quality of life. I'm open to criticism in this regard.
