Day trading does require alot of learning time so if you have time to dedicate to this you'll be good. I would heavily advise to practice in a simulator - do not put your own money on the line as you run the risk of losing most or if not all of your account. Yes, it shouldn’t be a question. The only reason you shouldn’t consider putting him in all 3 formats is if he is injury prone or you’re scared of burnout. It’s too early for that. As an opening batter it’s better for him to play all the formats so he can build on his confidence and form. There might come a point where he’s lacking in one of formats and then you can decide to drop him but for now I’d say put him and take him to CT.
