2. For your psychology as a trader, it’s better to have a steady income. (Until you make it big. Which is always subjective)

For the above two reasons I prefer to be employed.

Were you getting less leads **before** the SEO company started working with you - how long have they been helping, did they understand your target keywords and market. If they did and you **ARE** getting more leads then it isn't essential that you are understanding every single task they are doing.

But if I was paying someone $765 (strange figure) and I I was (say) getting $5-10K worth of extra business a month (number picked at random by the way) I would pay that happily every month un complainingly

But if you aren't getting increased business as a result of the SEO work and they have been working on your site for 3-4-4 months then it is time to cut the ties.
