I still see my upper caste ppl treating lower caste differently, though no untouchability & stuff. Upper caste poors need good facilities, like free coachings, books, scholarships but no reservations !

I saw one report on Baramati , how the hospital has best of the facilities with zero charges. It's about willingness. Private Healthcare in India is prevalent, however most of the time expensive !!
