Building new roads like these will take ages, Koramangala eijipura bridge is still under construction. Hopefully our kids will get to go to their office. Why can't the government work on existing roads to improve their condition. So many pot hole. Build some alternative parallel roads may be removed few structures in between if required so that if main roads have heavy traffic, two wheeler can go from internal roads which will reduce overall traffic on main roads and highways. Instead they close most of the crossing and diverted traffic to longer distances for uturn eventually result in more number of vehicles in longer stretch making more traffic jam.

Genuine question, why are they busy forcing us to take care of ourselves, shouldn't be it a personal choice like it is for first party insurance? Shouldn't they focus on taking care of the roads which cause more accidents?
