If I were you, I would focus my efforts on the young generation. If you have kids teach them the value of picking up their own things, keeping their places neat and clean, respecting the privacy of other people and behaving with civility in public. I would also teach them the importance of working in India and building the nation. Contrary to politicians, I believe bureaucrats ( IAS, IFS, IPS and the like ) are the ones actually running things and I would encourage the next generation to work in those careers.

Our next generation is key, they are the ones who can improve the state of affairs of India.
