Well , democrats do control the weather now....evidently. Not that they actually do but fuck it you can say they do, then blame them for it. Which is what passes for flawless logic to today's defective GOP. -

Sandhyas House
We've had a very similar experience in Sandhya's house. We were a group of 6.
Not the palya shortage part but the servers showing attitude part.
They have zero sense of hospitality.
I got to know that earlier they were only catering to yoga people and recently (2-3 yrs ago) opened for general public.
They have a sense that people are coming to their house for eating whom they didn't invite. -

Learn how to ride on a friend's or relative's bike. After that, take a test ride of the V Strom and buy it if you like it.
It'll be an easy bike to ride once you know the basics. -

Should We Get Rid of Algo-Bot Trading? Yes.
I do algotrading mostly. It's fucking difficult.
I think posts like this are stupid, as it assumes algos are something magic, but in reality it's fantastically difficult to code something works very well. They are often wrong.
It's not the algos with the unfair advantage, it's players with excessively large capital who can withstand with whipsaw that crushes you. -

Technical founders: How do you interview candidates?
Iām not a fan of those āhereās our codebaseā interviews because IMO the interviewer has a bias of how it āshouldā go, and there isnāt a ton you can gauge on someone objectively (but a whole ton of subjective opinions).
I like doing a casual chat to get a gauge of what level they are, what technologies they actually know, etc. Then a small technical problem. Not leet code, but at least something that requires data organization decisions and basic programming constructs. -

Sunday morning shower thoughts :Are Stock Market Movements Just Philosophy in Disguise?
I do agree with you and for a long time I've pondered over it as well...and every time I can draw parallel between stock market with either chaos theory or a domino play.... where everything is so related to each other that it feels random because anything is affecting everything and we don't know what's the real force behind it.
And that's the fun of it... everyone is moving on insufficient info trying to gauge a future which can get affected by a bird flapping its wings in another corner of the world.
But this is the case when we are looking at the market from a bird's view...while for an individual company...it is like owning a business that one understands and based on past performance try to understand how the coming times may look like.
The metrics or different analysis be it fundamental or technical just help to solidify out trust, that this company will do good and as it grow ..it will get noticed and will start having unreasonable bets then... speculating it's price.. signalling the time to reasses hypothesis of being invested or exit.
More the retail participation..the higher the chances of volatility as a lot of pricing will then be based on public perception rather than public understanding of it.
So in a way what you said is right that it's an unpredictable game but on a flip side that's the fun... riding the uncertainty and only sensible thing left is to invest in quality wishing for the diamond to get discovered.
