The only characters Bollywood treats with respect are khans and Punjabis. Bihar UP guys are shown as unkempt brutes who speak Bhojpuri and look bad. They have stereotypes for every other region as well.
It was never about talent it was always about racism.

I would recommend you to go to aInterior Designer and get it done if you are looking for a thorough change in the house like a complete makeover.
Reading a comment which says to use pinterest for designs by this i guess anybody can become a interior designer . Scale matters a lot plus the person can tell you whats in the trend or whats not. -

Do you tip your barber?
Here, even the postman expects a tip.
Last year, I dropped my phone while cycling near IKEA. My Bluetooth headphones alerted me, so I stopped and asked an autorickshaw driver to help by dialing my number. He didn’t even get out of his auto. I found the phone myself, but he still insisted on a tip. I gave him something out of relief, but it felt wrong since he didn’t actually help. This tipping culture is frustrating. -

SpiceJet plans to operationalise 30 grounded aircraft and will engage with Boeing to restart deliveries of the B737 MAX.
Regional airlines like Star Air, adding 4-6 new aircraft, and Fly91, with one in the coming months, are ready to expand their fleets this year.
We may soon see new airlines like Shankh Air, Air Kerala, and AlhindAir take to the skies. Let’s see how many take off this year.
