Cabs work 24/7 in the city and autos are also available just outside the station you can reserve that for university will take you around 200-300 same for cab.
But I'll suggest you to wait atleast till 5 AM at the station itself if you can after that you won't even need to reserve auto sharing tempos will be available it'll also be more safe than travelling at night.
