Bro, the ultimate garage is one that fulfills your needs. Just the cafe is excess imo, with the other two having set jobs that they can do well.

And in all honesty, we should thank the current Indian motorcycle market. For the price one of the cheaper big bikes, a person can have a full stable with dedicated vehicles. For example: we'll keep it at 6L (kawis), which can get us:

Any 125cc for commuting
Xpulse 200/210 or adv250 for offroads
Gixxer sf/karizma/RR310/RC200/R15 or any other such motorcycle for beginner track.

And then they can choose what discipline they want to follow further and grow in that direction...

And if one goes for the most basic ones of the above said line up, hell, one can own a 4th motorcycle and have a super versatile garage without breaking bank.
