Bruh I have the exact same reasons as you. All of my cousins and uncles are heavy drinkers and smokers with a touch of substance use too. And almost always they're causing problems everywhere. I'm just disgusted by them. Also my grandpa used to smoke a lot and died from it. That's also a reason.

Also in college, among my peers almost nobody drank or smoked. Only one was obsessed with these while a couple others would rarely use it. I guess I'm lucky to have them otherwise I would've also fallen.

And now I'm a gym goer and look after my body. My diet is pretty shit but I've cut out sugar so there's that

Every organization and every person I know has more ideas than time and resources. If no one is paying for your idea, then your idea is just a delusion.

Saying that you have an idea screams that you will never make it because you don’t know how to capture customers, raise funds, build a product. These are skills that take insane focus and effort to develop.

The key skill that improves the odds for success is knowing which problems are important and to what extent, and which ones you can ignore or kick down the road. If you cannot get customers, LOIs, investment before you make your product, stop deluding yourself and understand that your idea is at worst a coping mechanism for your inadequacies and at best is a low probability lottery ticket.
