There are many advantages moving to a new place as well. I was in similar shoes when I had an option to move to Mumbai for a role. Initial 2 weeks - I regretted the decision but it turned out to be a great experience I will cherish. You will learn a lot.

If my assumption is wrong, decide working in which company benefits you the most on a few factors.May be brand value, role progression, avg promotion rate, avg hike percentage etc ,

I think there is one more thing you are missing out on. A lot of people want justice and fairness as long as it is convenient.
Once it becomes inconvenient, it’s okay for to bend the law slightly and then coming together to do something gets lost.
For example, my house opens up on street which goes to left and there’s a u-turn to go to right - ah lots of people go wrong way, it’s just a short distance, I will be careful, there’s so much traffic on the other side, not my fault that I don’t have access directly to other side and so on.
And this feeling becomes stronger with bigger the inconvenience.

Seems like you studied about plasma and Sun a lot, with that knowledge you can get more deeper concepts like the blackbody radiation, photoelectric effect and compton scattering which leads you into the Einstien's relativity, EM waves and you will go deep in to quantum mechanics.

Also you got to know about Classical Mechanics to get some more sights.

There's a free course on Yale University, you can check their site. Also the Feynman notes are available for free too in Caltech University. Give it a go :)

Then all of them tell that she is not eligible.

Now we are waiting for vidhayak sir, I think after it we may get proper ans from the vidhayak sir.
I think we already loose the hope.
This is all the mistake of Deo initially he thinks that all of the govt school eligible that's why he process all the documentation then after some time he may get directions or whatever he cancel the eligibility.
