Something similar happened at super stores of smart bazaar and Ramachandra ( both in trivandrum ). They billed more items than we purchased. I still don't know how that happened. My mother always checks the bill that's how we caught it. Ramachandra gave back the money immediately which was 90 rs for some biscuit. But the smart bazaar didn't refund money because we found out it only after reaching home. We purchased for 4000 something and It was only 100 or 150 rs extra for some handwash that we didn't purchased. I never went back to the smart bazaar after that.

Also I would like to say that if they gave you money without questioning the customer then it is a good behavior. I felt bad after the smart bazaar staff behaved like I was lying.
