Humans have a tribal mindset where they will be ready to sacrifice themselves for the tribe and greater good. This was very helpful in olden days. But today with so much connectivity it's creating boundaries and dividing people. The only way to avoid it is to think of whole humanity as a single tribe. If you want to know it exists wrt. castes, people will always have implicit and explicit biases. Even in today's world see how many progressive parents are ready to marry their children to someone of a different caste. Maybe a couple of times we see, but to someone of lower caste almost never, or very rare. Casteism will exist as long as this mindset exists and we will need to take measures and account for it.
