I don't know about your past relationship history so my comment might not apply to you, but I have noticed boys are told from a young age to be good in studies, earn loads of money and girls will run after them for marriage.

They don't work on their people skills, they don't learn how to talk to women, they don't work on themselves. And when they reach the AM market, are rejected, it breaks their brain. They did everything they were told but girls are not killing each other to marry them.

See Jharkhand is an amazing place (if not amazing) it's very peaceful. People and specially locals are very accomodating but Hindi would be a go to language to deal with be it business or people.
