Concretizing this road is the only solution. Every year the PWD does patch work on this road which is damaged by the rains in a few weeks. Apparently PWD has said that their contractors haven't been paid for a while now and they don't have funds to fix the Ghodbunder Road.

Step 1: Identify the field in which you want to pursue your career in (Web development, App development, or whatever field you like to work in)


Step 2: Go to LinkedIn and search for these jobs. Check for required skillets they are asking for. List it down on an excel sheet! 


Step 3: Introspect on what skills you already have and what skills you lack.


Step 4: Learn these skills either by learning yourself or though a coaching platform. 


Step 5: Do enough projects to get hands on feel on what you want to work on. And also, to showcase your skills to the company on what you have got.


Step 6: Apply for intern roles to start with in Startups. Do not worry too much on the salary for now. Just ensure you land an internship so that you work on live projects and also gain experience in an corporate environment. 


Step 7: After 3-4 months of experience, based on this start applying for companies for full time role. You would have breached that barrier of unemployment, showcased your skills on job. You are likely to get recruited by more companies! 


Step 8: Work for 2 years and jump for a better one. Now you might have some leverage to negotiate your salary! You can be bit picky! Until you reach this stage don't be fixated on your salary or company.


If you follow this path! I can bet 5 years down the lane you will definitely be having a good package in hand almost similar to your peers else where if you work hard!
