yeah totally! That is one of the fears prevalent in my friend circle, As a result we are forever super effin paranoid about our phones and belongings so shit like this never happens apart from limiting travels to far destinations. You could get scammed or worse in case you lose everything far from your place in case you have to call out for help (and ofsc no one wanting to help in the first place)

Changing regulations for FSI are responsible. The FSI determines how tall a building can be. In 2012, the BMC brought balconies into the ambit of fungibility of FSI. Prior to this, balconies were not taken into account when calculating the FSI. But there was practice of developers charging extra for the balcony, and hence the BMC decided to include them into FSI and charge a premium for the same from builders. Since builders don’t get any additional monetary benefit of giving balcony they stopped making them altogether. So now we find balconies only in luxury segment while the common man is forced to live in match boxes with fancy named French windows. 😏

I am vegetarian since birth and 33 age. I never got these deficiencies. So certainly eggs are not needed. B12 is found in Yoghurt , Lassi , Pickles etc. Or if you want have supplement. Do lot of Yog, Pranayam (kapalbhatti, alom vilom) etc
