I have been living the US from the past 10 years. Fortunately, I have formed lasting relationships with many Indians from the North especially Punjab, Gujarat and Haryana. There is one thing that really ticks me off though
“their utter ignorance about the Southern States”. I have asked them many times what basic geography and history do the schools in the North teach? I am pretty sure most of my friends cannot draw the map of India and name all the states. The least you can do is google it before you say something stupid. I really wish that people in the North travel to the South.

I've seen worse in a BFC vs Hyd game. The Gachibowli stadium wasn't even 30% full. Plus the 10 odd supporters of Hyd were shouting customary gaalis to Indian team players from BFC. Really pathetic!
