Stuttering while rare, mostly stems from biological issues. Not sure how bad your situation is mate but I did know someone who would only occasionally stutter(consider like 2-5% of their total interaction). Language did not matter in this case. It was very low so we did not have a problem overall.

I recently too had to speak with someone over the phone who had a higher rate of stutter(around 40% of each sentence). I will admin I did have a hard time to understand them as we were talking more on technical terms and since it was over the phone I could not tell if they were stuttering or the line was bad. But overall I switch to text as it was faster to get the details I needed to help them(I had office meeting too but I did not want to delay the support for him).

Coming back to you. I would say don't worry about what others think. Just state at the beginning that you do have a situation and hope they have patience to listen. People who don't have patience will be irritated and it won't be possible to please them. Keep improving your vocal skills but most importantly speak slow or slower. Indians in general have a tendency to speak very fast as we want to share a lot of words out soon and be done with it. With stutter it would not work in your favour for sure.

Just my personal view of life. Don't let yourself attach to the outcomes and daydream about it. You might fail, you might pass. Set free yourself from the future as there is none. No human is there without regrets. Don't burden yourself with your own expectations, things might happen, things might not happen as you expected them to be, the latter being the most probably happening. Best of luck. People who r govt employee in tier 3 city like Nagar, Solapur, Nashik etc buying houses Pune. As they know govt are now very tough to get eventually their kids are going to move to Pune. So they want invest in pune property. Till the time kids grow up till then put the flat on rent. Also i observe trend people from Badlapur, Karjat, Ambernath also shifting to pune specially IT as they know they can't purchase property beyond Thane. In Thane they need to pay around 1.3 cr 2 bhk in decent society. So they are investing in Mumbai pune highway near areas like Punawale, Tathawade and Wakad etc.
