Dont worry about diet, supplements. Just turn up to the gym every damn day for 30 days atleast. Workout for atleast an hour. Walk or cycle to the gym if you can.

Im white, so my ex husband and I would literally be stopped on the street and asked how we got his parents to agree to a love marriage. The answer was basically his parents are really nice people and they couldn’t do anything about it because we got married halfway across the world from where they lived and didn’t really ask their permission.
