I have some land facing the main road, and before I start planning anything, I was wondering if anyone knows whether banks, hotels, or similar businesses might be interested in renting the space? Train round trip journey from Visakhapatnam to Akaru advice

Hey folks, I am planning to visit Visakhapatnam with my wife & kid in march and we plan to visit the Borra caves. We have been advised to book the 6.45 am train from Visakapatnam to Borraguhallu & do the return via at 4:50pm Now for 6.45 am train, the EV (Vistadome) option is showing a Waiting list of 12 currently.
