Hello Vizagites. As my title suggests, please recommend good tourist and women friendly ayurvedic spas. I recommended Vizag to my friend (she’s from Spain) and she wants to visit in October. She is genuinely scared about safety (she had bad experience travelling the west coast last time). Her main requirement is Ayurvedic therapy and local experience.
