lack of public parks

so there isn't much public parks in up n wht i think is ki goverment to new park bnane me to bohot paisa lgega isse shi h ki privates school ke parks ko din me kuch ghnto ke liye public ke liye open rakhna चाहिए or ye rule hr city me hona jruri h cuz good private schools have infra to clean n mentain their play grounds

Recieved Damaged Driving licence

I got my driving licence approved on 10th January. I waited for a really long time to get the licence delivered at home. Today after more than a month i got the licence but it is damaged. The side is bent and the chip is poking out from the back. Honestly its very frustrating to get any documents in UP. Intellectual culture in Uttar Pradesh?

Why do you think UP does not have an intellectual culture like Bengal or Delhi? I very rarely see things like book fairs, public lectures, exhibitions, walking tours etc happening in even the major cities. All we have are religious programs (bhajan-kirtan), sometimes qawwali or kavi sammelan, and protests. Why are things like comic-cons, book clubs, photography clubs, short-duration courses so rare here, even in major cities like Lucknow? Uttar Pradesh needs bifurcation for better management and chances at development. Two or maybe three new states, Harit Pradesh in West, Purvanchal Pradesh in East.

Uttar Pradesh being the most populous and resources hungry state with poor management is not beneficial to be kept intact anymore for national interests development of that state. Any party which have strong hold on UP have a certain surety that they will come in power in Central government and this situation will worsen further after the delimitation, smaller states in South and Himalayas/hills will be ignored by ruling to garner votebank for major chunk. Gundas, corrupt politicians and Bahubalis in Purvanchal are feeding on the state resources which...
