Any review on Siddhachal CHS to buy a 3 BHK in re-sale?

Are there any issues in Vasant Vihar OR Siddhachal CHS which I should be aware about? I am looking at a 3BHK in that society near the Vasant Vihar school.. Anyone who stays near and can give me honest feedback about connectivity/water/electricity issues?
