Can we get ration using smart card any fair price shops?

My family holds a green smart card and currently receiving the goods from a specific shop. We recently moved to another address within in the same city. I am wondering whether we can use the same card in the nearest ration shop without updating the address in the ration card. Thanks!

Family Staycation suggestion within Tamilnadu or Kerala

Guys, I'm going to india (chennai) for 3 weeks. My parents are retired and they just stay at home and don't travel much.
