Best way to transfer to a different fund house?

I want to transfer fund from quant to uti nifty. Since they are different fund house im not getting switching option. Is redeeming whole unit and reinvesting the only way? Its a lot of manual work as the amount is close to 50l spread across different folios

How does taxes work for investing in US Stocks?

I wanted to try investing in US stocks since fi had released their no platform fee offer. They also allow to invest even $1 in any stock. I have already added $40 to the wallet to invest in something like Nvidia. How would be taxes charged for me. What are the criteria in which a person would be needing to file return? Focus on PE and PEG multiple

This is the time to search for companies where PE is corrected by 50% and PEG is close to 1. PE can be dropped in 3 ways : Price drop or profit growth or both. Investors need to search stocks which falls in "Both" Category. PE below 30 category should be searched. Deep dive these companies by reading Balance sheet of atleast 1 year and 2 qtrly concalls. Portfolio of 20 companies can be prepared after this exercise.

Help Needed: Buying/Selling Stock at the Opening Price

I'm trying to figure out how to buy or sell a stock at the exact opening price (first traded price of the day at 09:15:00). I have no issues with pre-market trading and would actually prefer it if I can get a better price. However, I'm finding it difficult to consistently achieve this. I've tried spamming market orders at 09:14:58, but sometimes I still miss the opening price by at least 0.5 - 1%. Additionally, I'm considering placing orders in the pre-market session. Lump Sum investment in Mutual Fund

I was thinking of adding lump sum amounts in MF with a 3-5 years horizon. (nudge nudge, wink wink) Besides the ELSS, are there any good MF that are worth investing in this fall!? I have already invested in 3 ELSS schemes for tax saving, however was wondering if it’s a good idea to put in 50k each in other MFs, indexes right now.
