Is it normal for this situaton

My father has passed and my mom wants me to take care of her parents. I have a horrible relationship with them and I don't really want them in my house. These people have 4 other adult children who don't want them, because they are difficult, do chukliya, and are to be honest difficult people. Unfortunately, my own grandparents are dead. How common is this in Punjabi culture.

    Ancestry

I’ve been making an Ancestry family tree and gotten 5 generations back (1860’s) on both sides. I’m born in Canada so I don’t know how to find more. Is there anyone that has information/records that might know more online? No records online for India/Pakistan. How do I find my ancestors past 1800s? I’m stuck and need help. For context: my moms side is from Sandhwan Nawanshahr Punjab, and my dads side is from Moela Wahidpur, Garhshankar, Hoshiarpur.

    Let's end this unnecessary debate.

I'm sick and tired of this Panjab/Punjab debate as if calling our land Panjab makes us any less patriotic.
