Drunk rickshaw driver(MH12VB5885) Witnessed a drunk driving rickshaw today. First of all he arrived very late even after telling me he has reached. After the ride started, he randomly halted the rickshaw to chew on some tobacco. something already seemed wrong with him as he had his head down and failed to see an incoming car in a straight road.
