Everytime I pay a visit to the Sun temple at konark, I find something new, intriguing. Nowadays, children are drawing first hand knowledge on different animals, birds , reptiles etc.... from animal encyclopaedia books but, I think....during those times, around 800 years back, children were expanding their horizons of knowledge regarding animals world by paying visits to the premise of the Sun temple. 24 Odisha villages got certified as ‘Tsunami Ready’ by UNESCO - 1st State in India to achieve this milestone!!

Twenty-four villages across six coastal districts of the state have been officially designated ‘Tsunami Ready’ by the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO (IOC-UNESCO). Odisha has become the first state to achieve this vital milestone. According to Dr T Srinivasa Kumar of UNESCO, the recognition was based on 12 indicators achieved through a series of activities seeking to build resilience against tsunami. Anyone up for a documentary collaboration based on Bhubaneswar. A simple Iphone or good quality camera would do.

FYI, I am a pretty noob here. But I want to create a documentary or ask citizen kind of thing of what future of Bhubaneswar looks like 5 years down the line. We will upload the document on 1st of January 2025( I know it's kind of short time span) on Youtube. It will be more hand held and impromptu. It will be pretty neat and interesting of what people from various genres think of the city's future. We will again do the same with 1st Jan 2030. Hopefully....

Watched Parab finally. You guys are not ready for this.

So it will be long. Parab came out really well. Like really well. I will give you how I felt while watching the movie. The movie is completely different from what it was shown in trailer. The first 10 minute of the movie is spot on. Until the title announcement it felt really good. The movie is the best product of Odisha. It has its flaws but a great product for sure. The landscape captured was amazing. Cuttack -Gajapati, the Jirang shots were really pretty. The pace is slow....
