The Odisha traffic police/RTO mobile camera vans keeps an eye on road with a camouflage settings. In case of over speed violations they should only fine for that violation. But they add No DL violation of 5k for each over speed case. Means, 2+5=7k challan they will send. Surprisingly they have some random names as witnesses.
