Running competition in Metro Everyday i see people running on metro stations at their full speed.. Although i understand that in morning they must be getting late.. or some of them trying to catch other metro.. But why running in evening..Why are you running so fast at the exit gates.. Is Personal Trainer that necessary if you are joining gym for first time. I joined Gold Gym in Noida. I am joining any gym first time. Its been 3 days only they are asking to take Personal trainer so that you can idea how to gain strength, flexibility and build muscle later on.
