I visited a 1bhk today that too it's under construction, flat is 90% done only final tap installation and finishing is remaining and a whole top floor is still being made and even elevator and stairs are work in progress. But it's a very spacious clean house, problem is it got a shit view of a algea building and blocks every window even the building is so close, the building window almost just a feet away and too visible.
