Amazon customer service and installations- Beware of big purchases I shifted to a new house and had to get many things for an unfurnished house. I didn't want to take extra efforts to go to local markets in Mumbai to purchase furniture. I thought it would be as easy as purchasing smaller items as usual. But buying furniture and high cost items on Amazon is such a pain in the ass. Firstly, Amazon makes it extremely difficult to even connect with their customer care executives.
