I booked a Himachal tour for five people in January, but due to an emergency, I had to cancel the trip 20 days before the scheduled departure. Despite this, my refund has still not been processed. Why have media normalised the struggling lives of people in Mumbai? I see people travelling 4 hours daily just to reach their workplace and losing their health, relationships etc in the grill. And it's a worthless grill But no where in mainstream media or YouTube or elsewhere people discuss or talk about it. Have we accepted living like this as normal?
