Has the increasing pollution and population density made us more sleepy recently? Recently i visited lonavala with my friends and woke up all freshed up in the morning after 4-5 hours of sleep never felt like that before in navi Mumbai. When i was in collage i only needed 4-5 hours of sleep max my collage was basically in the middle of the forest in the South. when i visited my village in the North i could seep at 3-4 and wake up at 6-7 all freshed up.
