Witnessed some shady stuff during police verification for passport renewal So, I had to go renew my passport recently. I got the call to visit the station, and I made my way there with all the requested documents. When I arrived, I saw the person before me discreetly bribing the inspector who was signing the document, and the constable who was writing the details in the register. Assaulted in Bengaluru I am a Mangalorean who knows tulu and kannada. I can speak kannada but with limited vocabulary and have difficulty expressing some words. Why are police so rude?? I was riding to the manipal marathon at 4am last Sunday and two wheelers were parked all over and there was police patrolling the area. When someone tried to park at the front (there were a lot of vehicles parked there) the police rudely shooed them away like they were street dogs or something. Like wtf, how would you know you're not supposed to park there, there's no signs or anything. If anyone tried to get close to that area this big ass mustache cop loudly cursed at them... 2 2 replies
