Need help in treating mental illnesses

My brother is suffering from mental illness, * completed his BE but not going for job * He went to ultiple jobs but returning back home within 1 month * Talking to insects, not stable in decision * Aggressive towards parents when they advise * Without informing moving to other cities and comes back after few days Need to treat him, tried few hospitals and he is not eating medicine. Can someone consult any hospital where we can get treatment either free or affordable fee. Thanks in advice.
