Spotted something in chattar manzil

So me and my friends went to visit chattar mazil in the afternoon, i took this picture in the basement. Back home, i was just surfing through all these photos till i spotted something unusual. Don't know if that a ghost or just an illusion tbh idc. (1- the actual photo, 2- zoomed in, 3- saw this on internet).

Phir college ke liye vida hona pada toh kal shyam 6-7 yrs baad laute hain wapas. This year's event was everything. Sirf shopping ka mahaul nahi lagta, it becomes its own thing. I recently visited Lassi Day Cafe in Kapoorthala, and my experience was mixed. The setup is simple, with roadside chairs, giving it a casual and laid-back vibe.
