Illegal Multistorey Construction Hi Fellow Lucknow ites, I live in the Hazratganj area of Lko which is fairly posh by certain standards. That has its advantages and also Disadvantages. You see, illegal buildings are being constructed here...one right in front of my house which is a severe headache coz almost 70% of sunlight fails to get to it now and of course the commotion.
