Why isn't vehicle banned inside broadway?

Broadway is supposed to be a explored on foot. And this is ruined to an extent because of the constant honking and stupid drivers. But today I saw an old board that says no entry at the entrance of broadway. It vehicle actually banned by law and nobody cares? This should be changed. If vehicles are banned, broadway will be a lot better.

jiofiber is so bad literally do not buy it

when my browser is on or im trying to download a game on steam, my wifi speed is in kbps. BUT the second i turn on a wifi speed test it goes to 50mbps. Its pretty obvious their throttling it as on windows the wifi graph shoots up and down every time i run the test on fast.com. dont get me started on random packet loss and thousand ping randomly during gaming.
