Flipkart refund issue- Can someone help?

Last to last week I ordered a Samsung S24 from Flipkart. After delivery found that the speaker was not working properly and requested a replacement. They were unwilling to give a replacement even though product was still on the 7 days replacement period. Amazon/Flipkart phone exchange?

What’s been your experience with Amazon and Flipkart’s phone exchange checks during deliveries. Planning to upgrade my phone and dreading the exchange check because the delivery people are known to be scammy. Two years ago when I got my current phone the delivery guy slashed my exchange value in half after the stupid checking app misdiagnosed my phone left and right. What’s been your experiences off late with these apps? Might try to sell on OLX instead before i go ahead.

A love letter to places that stay open late

It's been about 3 months since I've moved near kakkanad for work and boy it's been an experience. Coming from the sleepy town of Kottayam where almost everything shuts down after 8pm, I quite liked the energy kochi has (minus the rush hour traffic, dust & pollution).
