Kanpur people I need your help!!

So, I'm traveling to kanpur from Delhi via. train so what is the nearest metro station to kanpur Central railway station?? I need to go upto IIT. Pls help out. If metro is not an option kindly tell me how to get there.

Common sense isn't common in India, especially in Kanpur

kinda upset with this Passed by bada chauraha twice within an hour, saw people urinating on the walls of the newly built metro station (just after HP petrol pump) One was an auto guy, other one had a car (seemed to be not poor atleast) I confronted the car guy, arguing that is there's a petrol pump right there, 10m away, that has a washroom, but that pimp said, "jaha lagegi wahi karunga" Abhi aise logo ka kya kiya jaye.
