Why Jodhpur loves so much besan? I am from Uttar Pradesh working here in Jodhpur. Next month, I will complete 1 year in Jodhpur. One thing, that I love is food... lots of food. Now, what I have seen here, people love eating besan so much...like gatte ki sabji, Sev tamatar, mirchi vada, everything has besan in it. So, why do Jodhpur loves so much besan?
